We're starting a new segment here at Running Off at the Mind. Hopefully, it will be even more of a phenomenon like "Meatless Friday". Yikes.
It took me 2 days to get the Sanford and Son theme song out of my head. I know, I know....it was my own doing. So that got me thinking:
