Not Quite a SSTIFY

We still don't have access to YouTube and I still can't come up with a decent running post.  I could post my running log like some people I know, but I'm not that kind of person. That'd be kind of like driving around in your new car and leaving the price sticker on it.  Classy.

This is my contribution to the blogosphere.  Dancin' on the Ceiling by Lionel Richie is, for some god awful reason, is stuck in my head.
