TIART - The Audio Version

This week on the LoungeCast, I give an audio version of TIART a try. The Cardinal Sins of Running. Believe me, I've bent and broken a few of 'em.

Finally, after much deliberation, I've decided to hit the pause button on Running Off at the Mind. There were many factors, and - in true ROATM form - here are a few of them:
  • Lack of content on my part
  • Lack of running on my part
  • Focus has changed
  • Small bit of apathy (towards the blog, not towards you guys)
I want to thank all of you for letting me into your running lives. It's been fun celebrating and commiserating with you.

The Hell? So now I only have Viper to make fun of? You know if you wanted us to stop using RazZDoodled as a verb then you could have just asked nicely.

I'm sorry I made fun of you. A lot. It was all Vanilla's fault anyway. He egged me on.

Please come back. :(

Since when have lack of content, running, and apathy ever stopped a running blogger? :(

Boring! Copy cat.

You could have milked that toilet story for a few more posts if you were feeling a lack of content.

Why don't you make this a video blog? Don't go ...

I only say this because I don't know if I can handle being the butt of all of Vanilla's clever quips.

If you are not going to be busy with your own, you want to guest blog on mine?

What Jess said. Then what Nitmos said. At least he's posting again ... is was that just a mistake?

You'll come back to blogging sooner or later. It will be right after you start running again. Both are addictive.

Whuh?! Are you going to, like, pay attention to your work and family in all your spare time?

Do I have to come over there and meat punch you? What in tha?!

Dude, I'm bummed. But I really do understand. Came back when you're ready :-) (sooner rather than later, k?)

And now I feel bad for making fun of you *sigh* GAH!

Long time stalker...ahem, I mean listener...

Sorry to hear about the podcast. I'm just getting into them and yours was a fav. Hey, if you are not running, you could be more of a sportscaster!

Either way, keep on blogging - even if not about running!

There's nothing wrong with taking a little break - tapering - when you come back you'll be fresher and have mroe energy for this.
